Home to great works of Greek and Roman antiquity, medieval masterpieces, and the Mona Lisa, you’ll discover some of these gems on a guided tour. Stop for a photo of the iconic Gothic cathedral, Notre Dame. While the roof was recently damaged by fire, the flying buttresses, rose windows and most of the intriguing gargoyles remained safe. Try a sweet French macaron before returning to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to explore and dine independently.
